Boostd has appointed Zynk Design to create the interior for its newest Lagree Pilates studio in Zurich. At 3,000 sq ft it is a compact brief, and one where every detail will count.
Boostd has just launched a new brand and visual identity, and the brief is straightforward: make the studio feel like the brand from the moment a member steps through the door. The concept sets calming neutrals as the base with bold accents of purple and pink, so the space is grounding on arrival and energising once the session starts.
The plan runs from an entrance and lounge that eases members in, through a bright, open studio housing the Lagree Mega Pro reformers, to warm, softly lit changing rooms where the visit winds down. The strength of the session and the calm around it are being designed as two halves of one experience.
A boutique studio has nowhere to hide, which is the argument of our guide to boutique fitness studio design. More on Boostd as the design develops.
