Employee wellbeing has been a much talked about topic for some time, with many companies now stepping up their commitments to provide an employee wellness program as a result of the pandemic.
The last few years have seen a shift in how employees think about their workplace and have made people reconsider what they want out of work. Mental health is a priority, as is overall wellbeing.
