Europa Capital appointed Zynk to design the gym and fitness amenity spaces within a residential development in Croydon, comprising two tower blocks. The brief was to create a highly stylised, premium gym environment that elevated the resident experience while aligning with the overall quality and positioning of the development.

The amenity design is slick and refined, balancing sharp architectural lines with warm, tactile materials. Rather than relying on dark, hard finishes often associated with gym spaces, the design adopts a softer palette of muted tones and subtle textures to create a calm, welcoming, and contemporary atmosphere.

High-spec Technogym equipment was carefully integrated throughout the space, reinforcing a sense of quality and performance while maintaining a clean, cohesive aesthetic. Attention was given to spatial flow, lighting, and material transitions to ensure the gym feels both functional and aspirational.

The result is a modern, design-led fitness space that feels more akin to a boutique health club than a traditional residential gym, delivering a premium amenity that enhances both the building and the resident lifestyle.
