Crown Street is the second of Renaker’s development within the ‘Great Jackson Street’ regeneration scheme. This impressive scheme comprises of two towers, one at 52 storeys and one at 21 storeys tower to bring a total of 664 apartments to Manchester city centre. Zynk were trusted to design the wellness facilities including a swimming pool on the 44th floor (one of the highest in Europe).
Zynk created a classic and contemporary interior using a mixture of materials including metal accents that reference the building’s facade and create an internal synergy with the other communal spaces.
