Crown Street by Renaker
The Client
Working under the banner of our sister company RCH Design, and specialist health and fitness consultants Educated Body, we worked with property developer Renaker.
The Brief
Crown Street is the second of Renaker’s development within the ‘Great Jackson Street’ regeneration scheme. zynk was asked to design the residential block’s leisure facilities comprising gym, swimming pool and changing rooms on the 44th floor, making it one of the highest in Europe.
The Solution
zynk created a classic and contemporary interior using a mixture of materials including metal accents that reference the building’s facade and create an internal synergy with the other communal spaces.
