zynk have been appointed to design The Cosmetic Skin Clinic

zynk have been appointed by The Cosmetic Skin Clinic  to design a new look and feel for their Harley Street clinic.

The Grade II listed building requires fresh ideas for the interior, aiming to elevate the customer experience once guests step through the doors. The reception is undergoing a light refurbishment, focussing on a modern-day uplift to the furniture, joinery, and decoration. The initial design brief is to use contemporary shapes and textures to create an excellent contrast with the vintage interiors of the building. We are leaning towards a classic, neutral colour palette to harmonise the two styles.

The existing treatment rooms are no longer fit for purpose and require a complete redesign. Moving away from a clinical look is important to the client. The space needs to be inviting, luxurious, and remain professional. Timber and stone aims to compliment the colour palette of reception and bring a homely environment.

Working with the clinical teams, we grew an understanding of their requirements and incorporated this into our design. With an emphasis on cleanliness and efficiency, the bins, trollies, and fridges are  to be tucked away in cabinetry. Within the Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered rooms, we look to implement hygienic materials which meet the high standards and are easily cleanable.

Looking forward to the outcome of the detailed design stage and getting the clinic back up and running.  Keep an eye out on our socials for updates on the project.
